To the fullest extent permitted at law we provide this website and its contents on an 'as is' basis and make no (and expressly disclaim all) representations or warranties of any kind express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this site including without limitation, warranties or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that information accessible via this website is accurate, complete or current. Neither we nor any of our affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, material or products included on this site.
5. We may provide electronic links to third party websites which are not owned or operated as part of this website. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of our students and our site users. The system's owners, administrators, or distributors will not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this system, except where it is voluntarily given. In these cases, the personal data you provide will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or training that you have requested. Please see our full Privacy Policy.

We will not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals unless they are specifically engaged to deliver the training service you require.

Pricing

All prices shown on our lesson price list are in Pounds Sterling (£)

Credit/Debit Card Payments

We will accept credit card payments on-line only and will also accept payments via Nochex and Paypal. Making a payment is straightforward. When you have located the lesson you want to take, add it to your shopping cart. When you have selected all the lessons you want go to the checkout.

After completion of the transaction within 24 hours you will receive an E-mail directly from us with confirmation of your lesson. In the event that no instructor is available for the date and/or time that you want your lesson you will be offered several alternative dates and times.

Rights to Cancel and Refunds

In accordance with the UK Office of Fair Trading Consumer Protection (Distance Learning) Regulations 2000 you can cancel any lessons you order via the Website within 7 days of your order being accepted, except where the training is provided within 7 days of the order being accepted. Your right to cancel ceases once provision of the training starts. Cancellations must be notified to PGTA by email or telephone and will incur a small charge (5% of the order value) to cover administration and card processing costs.

Service and System Availability

PGTA Training is not responsible for any technical difficulties resulting from the World Wide Web, internet access, computer hardware or software.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Payment must be made in advance of the lesson by credit or debit card

All payments must be made in pounds sterling.

A cancellation fee will be retained for confirmed bookings cancelled up to 7 working days prior to the lesson date. The full lesson fee is payable for cancellations received within 2 working days of the lesson date.

PGTA reserves the right to make appropriate changes to the lesson timetable and content or to cancel a lesson due to circumstances beyond its control and liability shall be limited to the refund of fees paid in this instance.

All intellectual property rights in material supplied on lessons is subject to copyright and owned by PGTA and therefore any duplication in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.

Lessons are not to be recorded in any way without the prior written consent of PGTA.

PGTA expects delegates to behave in a polite and appropriate manner towards its instructors. PGTA reserves the right to terminate a lesson in the event of disruptive, abusive or threatening behaviour by an individual or group of students. In such an event, no refund will be payable.

Other product and service names used in this website are used for identification purposes only and may be trademarks of their respective companies.

We will answer any queries through the 'contact us' section within two working days (this does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays)

Absence

If a student does not make him/herself available at the time agreed for the lesson PGTA reserves the right to keep monies paid for the lesson.

Length of Lessons

All lessons should be completed within the agreed and specified time.

Complaints

In the event that you have a complaint about any training that you have undertaken with PGTA you must inform us within 48 hours of the lesson taking place. PGTA operates a complaints procedure and will investigate. We will notify you of the results of our investigation within 7 days of receiving your complaint.

By booking a lesson with PGTA you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
